Terms of Service
Last updated September 15, 2026
These terms govern use of the proof-of-insurance service operated by Westward360 ("we", "us") for the community associations it manages, including the homeowner submission form, the notices it sends, and the staff review console. By using the service you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and is part of these terms.
Who may use the service
The submission form is for owners of record in a community we manage, and for people acting with an owner's authority — such as an insurance agent submitting on a client's behalf. The staff console is for personnel we have authorized, and only for their work.
Your submissions
When you submit, you confirm that:
- the documents are genuine, current and unaltered, and relate to the unit shown on the form;
- the details you type are accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- you are the owner, or have the owner's authority to submit on their behalf;
- you have the right to share the documents with us and with your association.
Submitting an altered, expired or misattributed document is a serious matter for your association and may have consequences under its governing documents and the law.
Personal links
The link in your notice email is specific to your ownership account. Do not forward it or post it. Anyone who opens it can see your name, address and the policy details we have on file, and can submit on your behalf. If you think your link has reached someone it shouldn't, contact us and we will issue a new one.
Verification and decisions
We check submissions against your association's insurance requirements, using automated document reading and, where needed, review by a person. A confirmation means your submission met those requirements as we understood them at the time. It is not advice about the coverage you should carry, not a determination that your policy is adequate for your circumstances, and not a waiver of any requirement in your association's governing documents, which control. We may ask for more information, and may revisit a confirmation if the information behind it turns out to have been inaccurate or the policy is cancelled or changed.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, probe or test its security, upload software or content designed to harm it, submit on behalf of someone without authority, impersonate anyone, or use automated means to access it other than as the form is designed to be used.
Your documents and our service
Your documents remain yours. You give us and your association permission to store, read, copy and share them as the Privacy Policy describes, for the purposes described there. The service itself — its software, text and design — belongs to us and our licensors.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is. We are a management company, not an insurer, insurance agent or broker. We make no warranty that the service will be available without interruption or error, or that a confirmation will be issued within any particular time. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we and our affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from an uninsured or under-insured loss, from your reliance on a confirmation, or from a delay in processing a submission. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and termination
We may change these terms, and will post the new version here with a new date. We may suspend or end access to the service for anyone who breaches them. Your association may change its insurance requirements at any time under its governing documents; the service applies whatever requirements are in force when a submission is reviewed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Westward360 maintains its principal place of business, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in them limits any rights you have under your association's governing documents or applicable law.
