This is where homeowners in communities managed by Westward360 submit proof of their homeowner's insurance, and where Westward360 confirms that each policy meets the association's requirements.

How to submit

Use the personal link in your insurance notice email. It opens the form already filled in with your unit and the policy we have on file, so you only confirm the details and attach your declarations page. There is nothing to sign up for and no password.

Can't find the email? Contact Westward360 at hoinsurance@westward360.com and we'll send you a fresh link, or accept your declarations page directly.

What happens next

We read the document and check it against your association's requirements. A submission that meets every requirement is confirmed automatically, usually within the hour; anything else is looked at by a person, who will email you either a confirmation or a note about what needs correcting.
